Payments & Refunds

• Payments are accepted via PayPal, Litecoin and Bitcoin. Robux payments are handled manually through a ticket.
• All sales are final. Refunds are only issued if the issue is caused by an error on our end.
• Prices are final. Begging, negotiating or guilt-tripping staff or customers results in a warning or ban.
• Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes lead to an instant blacklist.

Purchasing

• Only buy from staff with the official seller role. We are not responsible for purchases made from anyone else.
• Custom work (skins, tags, emojis) is started after payment is confirmed and delivered through your ticket.
• Delivery times for custom work depend on complexity and queue length.
